Our production and exporting includes different types of carbon backed steel alloys and metallic alloys. There are certain alloys we export in our main segments.

Our manufacturing unit is equipped with Quality control equipments, such as Spectrometer for Chemical Analysis, Universal Testing Machine for testing physical properties, Hardness Impact Testing Machine, All types of measuring instruments, etc.

Chemical Analysis:

CCD based spectrometer capable of testing for Fe, Ni, Co, based materials.
Poured heats are tested on-line through Spectrometer.
Scraps are tested before using.
Specimens are stored for particular period.

Physical Testing:

Universal Testing Machine.
Hardness Testing Machine.
Impact test Machine.
Metallurgical microscope.

Materials:

Prosteel Cast produces casting parts in the range of 15 grams to 150 kilograms in a singlepiece from any ferrous and non-ferrous metals as per Customer’s specification and International Standard Specifications like ASTM, AISI, BS, DIN, JIS, SAE, Etc.
